crockery rental policy
  1. duration

    Rental rates are based daily (per 24 hours) unless otherwise noted. For longer rental periods, further discussions can be made to best suit your needs.

  2. Transportation

    Delivery charges are quoted on a case-by-case basis (Delivery and Collection). For delivery locations that do not have lifts, manpower charges of $30 will be included. Get a quotation from us by clicking the “Contact Us” button.

  3. Reservation

    Crockery are subject to availability upon confirmation.

    Payment will be made upon delivery, either by Cash or Cheque (Payee to Shinpuru Solutions Pte Ltd).

  4. Damage and loss

    Upon delivery the customer shall be responsible for all crockery up to the point of return to our staff. The customer has a duty to handle the crockery with care, keep all items away from poor weather conditions which might cause damage. For all defective items upon return, it will be assessed on a case by case basis.

  5. Delivery and Collection

    Upon the stated time of Delivery, all crockery should be checked (Crockery type, quantity and quality) and accepted by the customer unless notified at once.

    Upon the stated time of Collection, all crockery should be packed nicely into the same tubs that they have been delivered in, put onto our trolleys and ready to be collected.
