Q: How do i get a quote?

A: You can get a quote by clicking on the CONTACT US button at the top of the screen. After filling in your details, our sales staff will contact you directly within a few working days. Alternatively, you can also drop us a call at 9637 9813 for urgent orders.

Q: How does Shinpuru work?

A: By clicking on THE PROCESS, you will be able to see a visual tour how everything is run. 

Q: Are there only fixed crockery packages or is customization available as well?                                 

A: We do have pre-fixed crockery packages to choose from, but we also understand that there could be special requests for certain events and would be more than willing to head down to your office to have a more detailed discussion, crockery samples would be brought along for your reference to find out which are more suitable for you.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: We would extend our services to all customers regardless of the size of the event. From tens to thousands of guests, we are always happy to be of assistance to you.  

Q: What is the notice period?

A: Our recommended notice period would be at least 1 week in advance in order to plan out our logistics schedule. However, we would still try our best to assist even if it falls short of the notice period.

Q: Must the crockery be cleaned before it is collected back?

A: Dishwashing fees would already be included in the prices quoted, thus there will not be a need for that. However, all food waste must be cleared off the crockery before placing them back into the tubs to be collected back.
